CAL Parma, also representing Emilia Romagna Markets BUSINESS NETWORK, with a view to internationalization, participated in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates at the "FoodWorld Exhibition," organized at the prestigious Research Technology And Innovation Park by the staff of Emir Dr. Abdullah Al Kindi with the companies Amadec and Teda111. The Fair, aimed only at Italian exhibitors active in the food sector, was aimed at operators, importers and distributors, and allowed our products to present themselves to the local market even outside the institutional venue within Expo Dubai, where they had already received considerable acclaim in December 2021 and January 2022.
The operators who visited the booth (the liveliest and most colorful of the Expo) verified in person the absolute quality of our products through tastings that also involved local institutions, teachers' associations and international chefs. In the contest/show cooking held outside, the "CAL Parma Salad" cooked by a local cook and prepared with our fresh produce won first prize.
On the day following the closing of the Fair, Thursday 24, our delegation along with those of other exhibitors were received at the Emir's residence in the heart of the desert for final business arrangements and a convivial evening of farewells.
