A large delegation from CAL Parma (President Marco Core, Director Giulietta Magagnoli and collaborators Soufiane Lamzari and Luca Frazzi) and Emilia Romagna Markets BUSINESS NETWORK participated in the scheduled proceedings of the Rimini leg of the "Food Hub Tour," which took place in the splendid setting of the Old Fish Market in Piazza Cavour, in the heart of the city's historic center.
The meeting, aimed at promoting the national seafood trade and its importance in terms of sustainability and guaranteed quality, was organized by the Centro AgroAlimentare di Rimini (CAAR), which hosts internally such trade also based on the product caught in Rimini's seafood industry. CAAR was appresented by President Gianni Indino and Director Cinzia Furiati, who were among the speakers and masters of ceremonies. Other speakers included technical, institutional and academic authorities.
The proceedings concluded with a tasting of high quality fish cooked with flair by Rimini chefs, all accompanied by excellent local wines.
